Abstract
EINSTEIN -AND- VAN CONG RELATIONS, AND NEW OPTICALELECRICAL- THERMOELECTRIC LAWS IN N(P)-TYPE DEGENERATE (OR VISCOUS) GaAs(1-x)P(x)-CRYSTALLINE ALLOY, ENHANCED BY OUR STATIC DIELECTRIC CONSTANT LAW, CONDUCTIVITY MODEL, AND ESPECIALLY ACCURATE FERMI ENERGY

ABSTRACT
In degenerate ( ) ( ) ( ) ( ) ( ) -crystalline alloy, , the Einstein -and- Van Cong relations, asthose given in Eq. (24), and various optical-electrical-thermoelectriclaws, enhanced by: the optico-electrical phenomenon (O-EP) and theelectro-optical phenomenon (E-OP), as those defined in Eq. (15), ourstatic dielectric constant law given in Equations (1a, 1b), ourconductivity model in Eq. (18), and especially our accurate Fermienergy expression in Eq. (11), are now investigated, by basing on thesame physical model and the mathematical treatment method, as thoseused in our recent works.[15] Their numerical results are obtained andgiven in Tables (3-13), suggesting an equivalence between thedegeneracy-and-viscosity concept in this X(x)-degenerate (viscous)crystalline alloy.
